ISPO 2026: dates, venue and audience
The full programme runs from 3–5 November 2026 at RAI Amsterdam, the Netherlands. ISPO brings together sports and outdoor brands, retailers, distributors, suppliers and industry leaders. It is organised through a joint venture between Raccoon Media Group and Messe München. Messe München is an organising partner, not the venue for this edition.
For exhibiting teams, the important distinction is that the trade exhibition is on 4–5 November. The Leaders Summit on 3 November is a separate part of the programme. Confirm access, tickets and your exhibitor schedule with the organiser.
Design your stand around the products visitors need to see
A sports or outdoor stand often needs to combine product discovery with business meetings. Start with the range you want to present: apparel, footwear, equipment or materials. Tell us which products need hanging space, shelving, secure storage or a demonstration area, and which conversations need a quieter meeting setting.
- Product presentation: plan display heights, lighting and clear collection groupings around the size and handling of your products.
- Brand visibility: connect graphics and signage to a clear visitor route, without obstructing access to the products.
- Meetings and storage: include practical space for samples, personal belongings and discussions with retailers or distributors.
- Reuse: discuss which structural elements, graphics and displays should be adaptable for later exhibitions.
What we need to prepare your exhibition stand
Share your stand dimensions and open sides, hall and stand number, product list, brand guidelines, budget and intended reuse. Include the organiser’s exhibitor manual and technical deadlines when available. Build-up access, maximum heights, utilities and any suspended elements must be checked against the requirements for your specific stand.
