InstallTech & Bouw 2027

InstallTech & Bouw takes place on 14 and 15 April 2027 at Evenementenhal Hardenberg in the Netherlands. The event succeeds Installatie Vakdagen under a new name and spring schedule. Easyfairs Nederland brings installation and construction professionals together around the built environment.

Dates and venue

The fair opens from 11:00 to 20:00 on both days. The venue address is Energieweg 2, 7772 TV Hardenberg. Dates, opening hours, venue and organizer were checked against the official event and venue information on 28 October 2026. Consult the organizer for participation conditions and the latest exhibitor manual.

Prepare a practical technical demonstration

Plan your presentation around a specific installation or building challenge. A compact demonstration, labelled component or cross-section can explain a solution more clearly than an overloaded display. Separate demonstration space from the area used for conversations with specifiers and installers.

Confirm power requirements, permitted loads and any water or compressed-air connections before designing a working installation. Keep service connections accessible and protect visitors from moving or hot components. Arrange safe storage for tools and samples, and check the organizer’s rules before planning suspended signage.

Use the official My Easyfairs exhibitor portal to maintain your company profile and follow preparation deadlines. Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the organizer. Discuss your stand requirements using your allocated floor space, demonstration plan and technical manual.
