Art Brussels 2027

Art Brussels takes place from 15 to 18 April 2027 at Brussels Expo, Belgium. The contemporary art fair is organised by Easyfairs Belgium and brings together galleries presenting their artists and curatorial programmes.

Confirmed dates and participation

The official applications page confirms the 2027 dates and venue. The published gallery application deadline was 16 October 2026; contact the organiser directly about any remaining possibilities. Daily public and preview hours for 2027 are not confirmed here: the access page still displays the 2026 schedule. Information checked on 28 October 2026.

Let the artwork determine the presentation

Start with the selected works, their dimensions and the intended visitor sequence. Discuss wall strength, hanging systems, spacing and light with the gallery and organiser before choosing finishes. Leave enough distance to view larger works and avoid placing seating where it interrupts the presentation.

Plan secure storage for packaging, handling access and a discreet area for collector conversations. For fragile or valuable works, coordinate specialist transport, installation and insurance directly with the relevant professionals. Respect the organiser’s stand package and technical requirements when considering custom additions.

Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the organiser of Art Brussels. Discuss your gallery presentation with your approved layout, artwork requirements and stand brief.
