INNOTRANS 2026
Exhibition stands for rail and transport technology
InnoTrans takes place at Messe Berlin from 22–25 September 2026. For exhibitors presenting transport technology, the stand needs to connect equipment and technical explanations with space for productive meetings.
Plan around the exhibit, not just the floor area
Share your equipment dimensions, weight and demonstration requirements at the start of the project. Components, interior samples and screen-based presentations need different display arrangements. Total Concept can develop counters, graphics, storage and meeting areas around the products you want visitors to understand.
Construction, installation and transport are planned within the agreed project scope. Technical services and approvals depend on your booked location and the organiser’s requirements. See our exhibition stand design and construction approach.
Access and installation deserve early attention
InnoTrans uses multiple entrances across the Berlin exhibition grounds. The organiser also identifies temporary vehicle-access restrictions alongside halls with direct rail connections. Confirm your delivery route and time slot using the current exhibitor information; visitor directions alone are not sufficient for build-up logistics.
For a useful briefing, provide the hall plan, open stand sides, equipment schedule and any power or connectivity needs. We can then discuss presentation, access for your team and the practical construction sequence.
