Exhibition stand planning for InfraTech 2027

InfraTech 2027 takes place from 12 to 15 January 2027 at Rotterdam Ahoy, Ahoyweg 10, 3084 BA Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The event serves the infrastructure sector, bringing together businesses, public authorities and knowledge organisations. Topics include infrastructure renewal, digitalisation, sustainability and collaboration.

Total Concept is an independent exhibition stand builder, not the organiser of InfraTech. We help exhibitors prepare the design, production and installation of their stand according to the agreed project scope. Participation, admission and official approvals are handled by the organiser.

Turn an infrastructure project into a clear stand presentation

Infrastructure products and services often need more explanation than a logo wall. Plan how visitors will understand your offer: a physical sample, a scale model, a screen demonstration or a concise project presentation. Separate the demonstration area from the space for discussions with contractors, engineering teams and public-sector contacts.

• For large samples or equipment, provide dimensions, weights and handling instructions before the stand layout is finalised.
• For software or monitoring demonstrations, specify screens, power needs and the way visitors will interact with the display.
• For meetings, allow room for conversations, document storage and staff circulation without obstructing the aisle.

Prepare approvals and deliveries before production

The official exhibitor instructions list 15 November 2026 as the stand-design submission deadline. They also require vehicle time-slot registration for build-up and dismantling. Large or heavy deliveries have a separate early access period. Check the current exhibitor portal and handbook before booking transport; public visitor hours are not build-up hours.

Send us the allocated stand plan, open sides, technical requirements and any existing design. In consultation, we can help prepare the stand-related plans and applications and coordinate the agreed production and installation work. Third-party orders, fees and organiser approvals remain subject to the project agreement.
