The September 2026 edition of IAW took place on 8–10 September 2026 at Koelnmesse in Cologne. This is an archived edition. IAW is a trade fair for retail promotions and imports, rather than a general exhibition for marketing software.

Make an assortment easy for buyers to compare

For an exhibitor preparing a similar trade fair, the stand should help buyers understand the range quickly. Group products by category, leave space to handle samples and provide a separate point for discussing quantities and commercial conditions. Decide which products need shelving, secure storage or a demonstration surface before finalising the stand plan.

We design and build custom and modular exhibition stands from our base in Ranst, Belgium. Depending on the agreed scope, we coordinate production, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling. Send the booked floor plan, product dimensions, display requirements and the organiser’s technical manual so we can assess a workable layout and quotation.

Total Concept is an exhibition stand service provider, not the organiser of IAW. We do not handle visitor admission or represent the trade fair.

Can an existing stand be reused?

Share photographs, drawings and dimensions of the available components. We assess their condition and suitability for the new floor plan before proposing adaptations.
