HOUTBOUW 2027

HOUTBOUW takes place on 25–27 May 2027 at Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The professional exhibition is organised by 54events. Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands and is not the organiser.

Show how your timber construction system works

Use a clearly labelled section model to explain joints, layers and assembly. Give visitors enough room to examine samples without blocking the aisle. Keep supporting technical documentation close to the display, and distinguish tested product performance from general sustainability claims.

For heavy panels or full-size elements, establish the weight, lifting method and delivery route before finalising your stand design. Discuss demonstrations, equipment and safety requirements with the organiser. A separate meeting area makes it easier to review drawings and discuss applications while other visitors explore the materials.

Practical information for exhibitors

The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and is accessible to professionals only. The venue address is Diezekade 2, 5222 AK ’s-Hertogenbosch. Visitor opening hours are not construction or delivery slots: confirm those in the current exhibitor instructions.
