GLASSTEC 2026
Exhibition stand design for glasstec 2026
Glass machinery, finished products and architectural samples each need a different presentation. Total Concept helps glasstec exhibitors plan a stand around what visitors need to see, compare and discuss.
glasstec takes place from 20 to 23 October 2026 at Messe Düsseldorf. The exhibition covers glass production, processing and finishing, alongside glass products and applications.
Start with the exhibits, then shape the stand
Before developing the layout, identify the products that must be demonstrated and those that can be explained through samples, graphics or screens. For larger equipment, include its footprint, weight and handling requirements in the briefing. For glass samples, consider viewing angles, reflections and accessible presentation heights.
- Machinery and components: leave space for technical discussions and any approved demonstration area.
- Architectural glazing: plan how visitors can examine surface finishes, transparency and product details.
- Finished glass products: use display positions and lighting suited to the objects being shown.
Prepare production and installation together
Total Concept provides exhibition stand design, production and on-site installation. Share your stand plan, product dimensions, access needs and preferred meeting setup so we can define the build and transport scope.
Machine demonstrations, lifting operations and technical connections must be coordinated with the venue and the relevant service providers. Requirements vary by exhibit; confirm approvals and handling arrangements before finalising the stand.
See our exhibition stand services or send your glasstec stand briefing.
