Fiets en Wandelbeurs Utrecht 2027

Fiets en Wandelbeurs Utrecht takes place on 12–14 February 2027 at Jaarbeurs, Utrecht. The event serves cyclists, walkers and people planning active holidays, with destinations, routes, travel organisations and outdoor equipment. Total Concept provides independent exhibition stand services and is not the organiser.

Opening hours and location

Friday 12 and Saturday 13 February: 10:00–17:00. Sunday 14 February: 10:00–15:00. Venue: Jaarbeurs, Utrecht, within walking distance of Utrecht Centraal station. Confirm your allocated hall, stand number and delivery entrance in the exhibitor documentation.

Prepare a stand that helps visitors plan their trip

For destinations and tour operators, use clear route maps and provide a place for individual conversations. Equipment exhibitors can combine accessible displays with discreet stock storage. Keep demonstration space separate from the main aisle and allow room for visitors carrying bags or cycling equipment.

Before production, check the stand dimensions, open sides, power requirements and approved build-up slots. These are preparation recommendations, not organiser deadlines. Total Concept can develop the layout, graphics and stand construction around your brief.
