FIAA 2026

FIAA 2026 is the International Bus and Coach Trade Fair at IFEMA MADRID, from 22 to 24 September 2026. The event is intended for professionals in buses, coaches and passenger transport.

Presenting vehicles, components and services

A transport exhibition stand needs to work around the products on display. For a vehicle presentation, the vehicle dimensions, access route and visitor circulation determine the layout. For components or services, a demonstration counter, readable product information and space for technical discussions may be more useful than a large open display.

Total Concept can develop the stand design, produce the graphics and build the presentation environment. Share your confirmed floor plan, equipment dimensions and technical requirements so that production and installation can be scoped. Vehicle movement and unloading arrangements must be agreed with the organiser and venue; a stand proposal does not replace those permissions.

Location and preparation

The official 2026 information lists IFEMA MADRID, Avenida del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid, Spain, with halls 7 and 9 and their connecting area. Consult the official schedule and your exhibitor instructions for build-up, deliveries, technical services and dismantling.

Can you work from an existing stand design?

Send the design and available drawings with your brief. We can review the construction, graphics and installation scope before confirming what is feasible.

Does Total Concept organise FIAA?

No. IFEMA organises the event. Total Concept provides exhibition stand services; stand space and event admission are arranged through the organiser.
