FENAVIN 2027
FENAVIN 2027 takes place on 11–13 May in Ciudad Real. The Spanish wine trade fair connects wineries and cooperatives with professional buyers. The venue is IFEDI, also described as the Pabellón Ferial de Ciudad Real, at Camino Viejo de Alarcos 30.
Opening hours and stand options
The 2027 participation rules specify 09:00–19:00 on 11 and 12 May and 09:00–16:00 on 13 May. Check your confirmed participation documents for exhibitor access and deliveries. The rules distinguish modular space from bare space: establish what is included in your booking before commissioning stand construction or decoration.
Prepare for tastings and buyer meetings
Plan the tasting sequence, bottle storage and serving area together. Allow space for glass handling and replenishment without disrupting conversations. Discuss refrigeration, power and cleaning arrangements before the stand layout is finalised. Present the wine range clearly and keep supporting product information within reach of the team.
