The organiser announces FEINDEF for 18–20 May 2027 at IFEMA Madrid, Spain. Depending on your brief, the layout can combine a reception point, product displays, graphic panels and a meeting area. We can discuss partially screened seating where it suits the space. No stand layout by itself guarantees confidentiality or security: any specific requirements need to be agreed separately.

Production and coordination from Belgium

Our workshop in Ranst supports timber and system-based stand construction. We select the approach around the design, finish, budget and potential reuse. Design, production, printed graphics, transport, installation and dismantling can be included according to the agreed scope.

For Madrid, preparation should follow your current exhibitor manual and confirmed hall allocation. IFEMA’s general address is Avenida del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid.
