FACTS FALL 2026

Exhibition stand planning for FACTS Fall 2026

FACTS Fall takes place on 31 October and 1 November 2026 at Flanders Expo in Ghent. The event brings together pop culture, gaming, comics, anime, cosplay, film, television and board-game communities, with hundreds of exhibitors and fan experiences.

Total Concept designs, produces and installs exhibition stands and branded environments for participating companies. FACTS and Easyfairs manage official participation, tickets, visitor information and event rules.

Build an experience visitors remember

Pop-culture audiences expect more than a product display. A stand can combine merchandise, demonstrations, screens, signing areas, photo moments and interactive elements while keeping queues and circulation clear. We adapt the concept to your brand, programme and available floor space.

Interactive displays, rotating signage, lighting, RFID experiences or visitor-counting technology can be integrated where technically suitable and permitted by the organiser. Share equipment, power, data, rigging and safety requirements early in the design process.

Production and installation for Flanders Expo

From our workshop in Ranst, Total Concept can coordinate design, production, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling according to the agreed project scope. Flanders Expo is located at Maaltekouter 1, 9051 Ghent.
