EUROPORT 2027

Europort 2027 takes place on 2–5 November at Rotterdam Ahoy, Ahoyweg 10, 3084 BA Rotterdam. This maritime trade exhibition focuses on specialised vessels, advanced marine technology and complex shipbuilding, including offshore, dredging and inland navigation.

Opening hours and planning

Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 November: 10:00–18:00. Thursday 4 November: 10:00–21:00. Friday 5 November: 10:00–16:00. Plan demonstrations and meeting schedules around these different closing times.

Preparing a maritime exhibition stand

Combine a visible technical presentation with space for detailed conversations. Models, components and screens can explain systems that cannot be brought to the hall at full scale. Establish the dimensions, weights and handling requirements of physical exhibits before designing platforms or display furniture. Give visitors a clear viewing route and keep drawings, samples and documentation close to the meeting area.

For transport, consult the organiser’s official logistics instructions. Heavy equipment may require booked unloading slots, and motorised handling is restricted to the appointed logistics provider. Confirm the requirements for your shipment before arranging delivery.

Total Concept can develop an exhibition stand around your maritime technology and meeting needs. Contact us with your stand dimensions and exhibit list.

Europort is organised by Rotterdam Ahoy. Total Concept is an independent stand builder, not the organiser. Dates, hours and venue were checked on 28 October 2026 against the official visitor information.
