ENFORCE TAC 2027
Exhibition stand planning for Enforce Tac 2027
Enforce Tac takes place from 1 to 3 March 2027 at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg in Germany. The event focuses on security and defence and is intended for an approved professional audience. Its admission requirements are determined by the organiser, NürnbergMesse GmbH.
A stand for this environment needs to make technical information easy to understand while giving your team space for focused conversations. Total Concept can help you turn an agreed brief into a practical stand layout, with display areas, meeting space, storage and graphics suited to the products you are permitted to exhibit.
Define the presentation before designing the stand
Begin with a product list and the way each item will be presented. Which exhibits need a counter, which need a display enclosure, and which are better explained using graphics or a screen? Identify power requirements and the space needed by staff before fixing the floor plan. Any product restrictions, demonstration permissions and event-specific requirements must be checked with the organiser.
For meetings, consider the balance between an open welcome area and a quieter discussion space. Useful storage keeps packaging and personal belongings away from the presentation. Clear signage can help the right visitor understand your offer without filling every wall with text.
Coordinate production and installation
Send Total Concept the booked stand dimensions, hall plan, open sides and available exhibitor documentation. We can discuss design, production, graphics, transport and installation as part of the agreed scope. Technical submissions and on-site services need to follow the organiser’s current procedures. We do not assume that visitor opening hours are also valid delivery or construction times.
The official visitor hours are 09:00–18:00 on 1 and 2 March and 09:00–16:00 on 3 March. Confirm build-up and dismantling access separately through the organiser’s exhibitor information.
