E-bike Challenge Utrecht 2027
E-bike Challenge Utrecht takes place on 12–14 February 2027 at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Visitors can compare e-bikes and speed pedelecs and try models on the indoor test circuit. The event runs alongside Fiets en Wandelbeurs, but is a distinct event with its own focus on electric cycling. Total Concept is an independent exhibition stand builder, not the organiser.
Opening hours
Friday 12 and Saturday 13 February: 10:00–17:00. Sunday 14 February: 10:00–15:00. Check your exhibitor documentation for the allocated stand, delivery entrance and installation slots.
Plan your bike presentation and demonstration flow
Allow enough space to display bikes without obstructing the aisle. Separate product advice from the handover and return of demonstration models. Clear model information and an accessible discussion area help visitors compare specifications after a test ride.
Discuss electrical connections, battery charging and storage requirements with the organiser and venue before finalising the design. Keep cables and stock out of walking routes. These are planning recommendations; the organiser’s technical rules determine what is permitted.
