Data Expo 2027

Data Expo 2027 takes place on 15–16 September at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Organisatie Groep Zuid (OGZ) organises this trade event for data and AI professionals. Total Concept supports exhibitors with exhibition stand design and construction; we are not the event organiser.

Dates and venue

The official visitor information lists Hall 12, Jaarbeursplein 6, 3521 AL Utrecht, Netherlands. Opening hours are 10:00–17:00 on both days. Confirm your hall allocation and delivery instructions with the organiser before arranging transport.

Make your software demonstration understandable

Choose one concrete use case for each demonstration station. Let visitors see the question, workflow and result without needing a long introduction. Use readable screens and a short explanation of the intended user. Prepare demonstration datasets rather than displaying confidential customer information.

Include power, network requirements, screen dimensions and a fallback demonstration in the stand briefing. Separate quick demonstrations from seated technical discussions, and keep cables and equipment out of walking routes. Check the booked stand package and permitted additions before planning custom structures.

Prepare your exhibition stand

Send Total Concept your booked floor plan, open sides, demonstration equipment, meeting requirements and budget indication. Explore our exhibition stand services or discuss your Data Expo stand.
