BILT Gent 2026 (Bis)

Exhibition stands for BILT Gent

BILT Gent, formerly Bis, takes place from 10 to 18 October 2026 at Flanders Expo in Ghent. The exhibition brings together businesses in homebuilding, renovation and interiors with visitors planning their own home projects.

A stand that helps visitors make choices

For an exhibitor, a useful stand makes materials and solutions easy to compare. Plan space for samples, a clear product demonstration and a seated conversation about the visitor’s project. Keep the entrance open and make your main offer understandable from the aisle.

Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands with in-house production, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling. Depending on your briefing, we can combine custom displays with reusable stand elements. See our approach to exhibition stand design and construction.

Prepare your stand briefing

• Share your stand dimensions, open sides and the organiser’s technical requirements.
• Identify which products visitors need to see, touch or try.
• Reserve space for consultation, storage and staff circulation.
• Discuss budget, power needs and options for reuse at future exhibitions.

Check the official BILT Gent website for visitor information and current arrangements. Total Concept is a stand builder, not the event organiser.

Discuss your exhibition plans

Send your stand plan and requirements through our contact page. We will review the practical possibilities for your project.
