Stand preparation for Batireno and Energie & Habitat 2026
Batireno and Energie & Habitat 2026 opens on 10–12 and 16–18 October at Namur Expo. The show is not open continuously between those two periods. Its focus is home construction, renovation and energy performance, with solutions for people planning building and improvement projects in Wallonia.
Total Concept is an independent stand builder. We help exhibitors plan, produce and install their presentation according to the agreed scope. The event team at Easyfairs handles participation, visitor information and official approvals.
Six public opening days, in two periods
- 10, 11 and 12 October: 10:00–19:00.
- 16 October: 10:00–21:00, including the evening energy programme.
- 17 and 18 October: 10:00–19:00.
No public opening days are listed for 13–15 October. The overall calendar range covers the edition from its first to its last day. Use the opening-day list above when planning staff attendance and customer appointments. Setup, delivery and dismantling arrangements must be checked separately with the organiser.
Help visitors understand their renovation choices
A homeowner may arrive with a concrete project, a material question or a need to compare solutions. Make the next step easy to understand. A useful stand can combine a clear product display, a place to examine samples and a quieter area to discuss plans. Choose the layout around what you actually sell and demonstrate.
For bulky displays, wall sections or working equipment, provide dimensions, weights and technical requirements before production. If you need screens, additional lighting or storage for samples, include them in the brief. Product performance and certification statements should come from the exhibitor’s verified documentation.
Plan continuity between the two opening periods
Ask the event team about access and storage arrangements during the intervening days. Do not assume the public opening schedule allows deliveries or stand work. Agree who will manage stock, samples, cleaning and any technical follow-up while the stand remains in place.
