Plan the stand around your food production technology

Build a technical brief before committing to a layout
For each exhibit, provide its dimensions, weight, delivery format and operating envelope. Include access needed for operators, maintenance panels and demonstrations. A machine that fits inside a drawn footprint may still need substantial working space around it.
Identify power, compressed air, water, drainage and other requirements with the equipment team. Responsibility for ordering and checking each service should be agreed. Loading arrangements, floor capacity and operational permissions must be checked against the current venue and organiser documentation; no generic hall description replaces that assessment.
Connect a demonstration with a commercial conversation
Visitors should be able to recognise your process or application from the aisle and then choose how to engage. A demonstration viewing area, a concise product explanation and a place for detailed discussion may all be useful, provided the available space supports them.
Reserve circulation space around active equipment and consider where staff can consult drawings or discuss requirements with a buyer. Storage for cases, literature and everyday supplies helps keep working areas usable. Use graphics to explain the offer rather than covering every surface with technical information.

We can plan around a demonstration brief, but feasibility depends on the equipment, available footprint, utilities and applicable rules. Provide those details before a layout is finalised.
What should an international exhibitor send first?
The allocated stand plan, open sides, exhibit list, operating requirements, delivery schedule and budget direction. Add the current exhibitor manual when available.
