Advanced Engineering Belgium takes place on 26–27 May 2027 at Flanders Expo in Ghent. The event covers innovative product development, from design and prototyping to components, electronics and manufacturing solutions.

Choose a prototype, component or short demonstration that helps visitors understand the problem your technology solves. A clear sequence from design to finished product can make complex development work easier to discuss. Provide readable sample labels and space for technical conversations alongside the demonstration.

Before planning the stand, confirm the dimensions, weight, power supply and connectivity needed by your equipment. Allow room for visitors to watch without obstructing the aisle, and decide where samples and packaging will be stored.
