IMEX America 2027

IMEX America 2027 takes place on 28–30 September at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. The trade show serves the meetings, events and incentive-travel industry. Smart Monday is a separate education day on 27 September; the calendar dates here refer to the exhibition.

Design around booked appointments

For destinations, hotels and event suppliers, the stand needs to support consecutive business meetings. Plan the number of simultaneous conversations, clear appointment points and enough storage to keep tables ready between meetings. Use concise destination or service visuals that remain visible when the seating area is occupied.

Check access, branding and stand rules in the current exhibitor information. Confirm any shared-stand arrangements before deciding where each partner will meet visitors. Do not use an earlier edition’s manual as the final specification for 2027.

Prepare your stand brief

Total Concept is a stand builder, not the organiser. Share your meeting requirements, floor plan and project scope to discuss appropriate support. Explore our exhibition stand services or send your brief.

Dates and location checked on 4 November 2026 via the official IMEX America website. Registration and appointment arrangements are managed by the organiser.
