RiminiWellness 2027

RiminiWellness takes place on 27–30 May 2027 at Rimini Expo Centre in Italy. Italian Exhibition Group brings together fitness, wellness, health and nutrition brands, professionals and enthusiasts.

Separate demonstrations from business discussions

A fitness stand needs room for movement as well as product information. Place active demonstrations where visitors can watch without obstructing the aisle, and reserve a quieter table for distributors, gym operators and other professional buyers. Clearly mark which equipment visitors may try and organise supervision with your team.

Prepare equipment and practical requirements

Check machine dimensions, transport routes, floor loads and power requirements before confirming the design. Plan storage for accessories and a simple cleaning routine between demonstrations. Discuss sound levels and any food sampling with the organiser so your presentation fits the applicable exhibition rules.
