Autopromotec 2027

Autopromotec takes place on 26–29 May 2027 at BolognaFiere in Bologna, Italy. Organised by Promotec S.r.l., the exhibition covers automotive aftermarket equipment, spare parts, tyres, car washing and related technology. Visitor hours are 09:00–18:00 each day.

Plan your equipment presentation

For exhibitors bringing workshop equipment or diagnostic tools, the stand layout should make the application easy to understand. Separate active demonstrations from meeting space, give visitors a clear view of key components and allow staff to explain the equipment without obstructing circulation.

Confirm machine dimensions, vehicle access, electrical requirements and safe operating space before fixing the design. Ask the organiser about floor loads, lifting arrangements and any restrictions on live demonstrations. A video or component display can be useful when transporting a complete installation is impractical.

Venue and access

The official visitor information lists the Costituzione entrance at Piazza Costituzione 5, Michelino at Via Michelino, Calzoni at Via Calzoni 15 and the North entrance at Rotonda Dante Canè. Confirm the entrance appropriate to your hall and badge. Exhibitor deliveries and build-up access follow separate instructions.
