Padel World Summit 2027

Padel World Summit 2027 takes place on 4–6 May at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. This professional event brings padel equipment, court suppliers and club services together with buyers and operators.

Dates, venue and access

The organiser lists Hall 6, with visitor access at Carrer del Foc 9, 08038 Barcelona. Opening hours are 09:30–18:00 on 4 and 5 May and 09:30–15:00 on 6 May. Confirm delivery gates and installation slots separately in your exhibitor instructions.

Plan a stand around your product

A racket or apparel display needs accessible samples, clear product grouping and storage for replenishment. Court materials and larger components require early checks of dimensions, weight, handling and permitted stand height. For software, plan screen positions and a place where a club operator can follow a demonstration without blocking the aisle.

Keep active demonstrations within the space and safety conditions approved by the organiser. A meeting corner can help separate purchasing conversations from product handling. Share your floor plan, equipment list and brand materials before the design is finalised.
