IMEX Frankfurt 2027

IMEX Frankfurt takes place on 11–13 May 2027 at Messe Frankfurt. Organised by Regent Exhibitions Limited, the trade show brings together the meetings, events and incentive travel industry. Total Concept builds exhibition stands and is not the organiser.

Design around appointments and shared presentations

Make your destination, venue or service understandable before a visitor sits down. Use a concise visual introduction, then keep detailed capacity plans and event examples ready for meetings. Arrange screens so that seated discussions remain comfortable and presentations do not distract neighbouring tables.

If several partners share your stand, give each a clear meeting point and consistent signage. Plan staff circulation, bag storage and refreshments without blocking scheduled appointments. Allow space for a short introduction with an unplanned visitor alongside your booked meetings.

Trade show hours and preparation

Visitor hours are 09:30–17:30 on 11 and 12 May, and 09:30–16:00 on 13 May. The specialist education day on 10 May precedes the trade show and is not included in this calendar entry. Messe Frankfurt is at Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
