Salón Gourmets 2027

Salón Gourmets 2027 takes place on 26–29 April 2027 at IFEMA MADRID. Grupo Gourmets organises this trade event for food and drink professionals. Total Concept helps exhibitors prepare and build their exhibition stands; we are not the event organiser.

• 29 April: 10:00–17:00.

Plan tasting, presentation and buyer meetings together

Choose the products a buyer should remember and give each a clear place in the presentation. Keep brand information readable while someone is tasting, and allow enough room for serving without blocking the stand entrance. Plan a separate conversation point for distribution, hospitality or retail discussions.

Brief your stand builder on sample quantities, chilled storage, preparation equipment, cleaning and waste. Confirm which utilities are required and who orders them. Check your booked hall, stand number, open sides and the organiser’s technical manual before agreeing counters, storage and cable routes.

Prepare an exhibition stand brief

Share your floor plan, product range, demonstration activities, branding, budget and installation schedule. Decide what should arrive with the stand and what your team brings separately. Review product and graphic delivery dates early enough to check the final presentation before dispatch.
