Heat Pump Technologies 2027
Heat Pump Technologies takes place on 7 and 8 April 2027 at Allianz MiCo in Milan, Italy. Organised by RX Italy srl, the exhibition and conference focuses on heat pumps and connected energy technologies. Total Concept supports exhibitors with exhibition stand design and construction; we are not the organiser.
Dates, hours and the correct entrance
- Dates: 7–8 April 2027.
- Visitor hours: 09:00–17:30 each day.
- Venue: Allianz MiCo, Gate 4, Viale Eginardo, 20149 Milano, Italy.
The organiser specifies Gate 4 for this event. Confirm registration, your stand allocation and the current delivery and installation instructions before arranging transport. The exhibition is aimed at professional visitors; admission conditions are handled by RX Italy.
Make the system and its application understandable
A heat-pump presentation needs to show how the displayed products relate to the application. Decide whether visitors will see a full unit, selected components, a system diagram or a screen-based explanation. Group the presentation around the questions your intended visitors ask, rather than presenting every specification at the same visual level.
Share unit dimensions, weights, handling requirements and service connections with the stand team early. Distinguish static display equipment from any approved working demonstration. Agree the necessary arrangements for power, fluids, noise or other operating requirements with the organiser and your responsible specialists before the stand is produced.
Leave room for an informed technical conversation
Provide a clear place to review drawings, compare applications and discuss a visitor’s project. Support product statements with your own approved documentation and make clear which operating conditions they relate to. Keep technical literature and samples available without filling the visitor route or every display surface.
Send Total Concept your booked floor plan, open sides, equipment list, presentation requirements and budget. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction or discuss your Heat Pump Technologies stand.
