BBQ Expo 2027
BBQ Expo takes place from 3 to 6 April 2027 at Fiere di Parma in Parma, Italy. The exhibition covers barbecue and outdoor cooking and is organised by Area Fiera and Fiere di Parma. Total Concept helps exhibitors prepare their product presentation and exhibition stand; we are not the organiser.
Dates, venue and visitor hours
- Saturday 3 to Monday 5 April: 09:30–19:00.
- Tuesday 6 April: 09:30–17:30.
- Venue: Fiere di Parma, Viale delle Esposizioni 393, 43126 Parma, Italy.
Confirm your stand allocation, delivery access and the current exhibitor manual with the organiser. Visitor opening hours do not define installation or dismantling access. Admission, participation and any event activities are handled by BBQ Expo.
Build the stand around the cooking experience
A barbecue or outdoor-kitchen presentation needs a clear distinction between products on display and equipment approved for a live demonstration. Decide what visitors should be able to see, what they may handle and where staff explain the product. Allow room for lids, doors and accessories without obstructing the aisle.
Before planning live cooking, check fuel, electrical supply, ventilation, food preparation and other applicable conditions with the organiser and your responsible specialists. Confirm which demonstrations are permitted in your location and what preparation or cleaning space is needed. Do not design the stand around an unapproved cooking setup.
Separate presentation, tasting and business discussions
When tasting is permitted, plan the visitor queue and service point so they do not block access to the products. Provide appropriate storage for supplies, packaging and cleaning materials. Keep a practical place for discussions with buyers or dealers and decide how product enquiries will be recorded for follow-up.
