Automobile Barcelona 2027

Automobile Barcelona takes place at Fira Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain, in April 2027. The edition includes press and professional days on 8–9 April, followed by public days on 10–18 April. It is organised by Fira de Barcelona with the support of ANFAC. Total Concept supports exhibitors with exhibition stand design and construction; we are not the organiser.

Choose the correct access dates and venue

• 8–9 April 2027: press and professional days, subject to the organiser’s accreditation conditions.
• 10–18 April 2027: public days.
• Venue: Fira Barcelona Gran Via. The organiser has announced the move to this venue for 2027.

Daily opening hours are not confirmed on this page. Check the organiser’s current information for accreditation, tickets, access and your allocated hall. Use the exhibitor manual for vehicle delivery, installation and dismantling; public opening dates do not define your logistics window.

Design a vehicle presentation around the visitor route

Start with the number and dimensions of the vehicles or products you will display. Allow sufficient space for doors, access and a clear route around each presentation. Separate visitor movement from any controlled demonstration area, and agree permitted activities with the organiser and your responsible specialists.

A display needs to work for different conversations: a quick introduction, a detailed explanation of a model or technology, and a scheduled meeting. Give screens and information points a clear role rather than adding them wherever space remains. Plan how the stand team can support visitors without interrupting circulation.

Prepare for professional and public days

Press appointments and public visitor flows may require different staffing, presentation materials and meeting arrangements. Decide how the stand will be reset between these phases and during the longer public period. Provide appropriate storage for materials and a practical place to record enquiries and agreed follow-up.

Send Total Concept your booked floor plan, open sides, vehicle or display list, presentation requirements and budget. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction or discuss your Automobile Barcelona stand.
