Its focus is health, fitness and wellness, bringing together professional buyers and practitioners as well as fitness enthusiasts. Decide how visitors should experience your products
A training machine needs a different presentation from a nutrition range or a digital service for gym operators. Before drawing the stand, tell us what visitors should be able to see, touch or try. Identify the products that need supervision, the equipment that must remain accessible and the items that can be presented as static displays.
For an equipment demonstration, provide dimensions, weight, delivery format and the operating space required by your supplier. The layout should distinguish the demonstration area from circulation and meeting space. Access, floor protection and any technical requirements must be checked against the organiser’s instructions; they cannot be inferred from the stand’s square metres alone.
Balance professional meetings and an active show floor
FIBO serves both industry professionals and a wider fitness audience. Your brief should identify which visitors matter most to your business. A manufacturer meeting distributors may need a quieter conversation area and product information within reach. A consumer-facing brand may place more emphasis on a visible presentation counter and a clearly organised visitor flow.
Neither approach requires filling every available surface. Use graphics to make your offer understandable from the aisle, then provide space for staff to explain the details. Storage for packaging, personal belongings and replenishment stock can help keep the public-facing area usable throughout the event.

From our workshop in Ranst, Belgium, we develop wood-built and modular stand solutions according to the design, finishes and future uses required. Our exhibition stand design and construction service connects the concept with production and on-site assembly. Transport, dismantling and other responsibilities are defined in the project scope.
Send the allocated floor plan, your product list and the exhibitor manual before the layout is finalised. Electrical connections, specialist equipment and services ordered through the venue or organiser need a named responsible party. Total Concept is a stand service provider, not the organiser of FIBO.

Can existing stand components be reused?
