BATIBOUW 2027

February 12, 2027 - February 21, 2027

Present building products to consumers and professionals

BATIBOUW takes place from 12 to 21 February 2027 at Brussels Expo. It serves private building and renovation projects as well as professional audiences. The official practical information identifies 12 February as the professional day. Your stand brief should reflect this mix rather than assuming every visitor is a trade buyer.

Total Concept helps building, renovation and interior brands plan a stand that connects product presentation with useful advice. Consider what visitors need to understand before they can discuss their own project: an application, a material difference, a working detail or a complete concept.

Choose exhibits that explain the application

Tell us which windows, doors, surfaces, fittings or technical products will be displayed. Provide dimensions, weights and any fixing or utility requirements. Explain whether a visitor can touch or operate the exhibit and which parts need supervision.

Material samples and focused demonstration sections can make a product easier to compare. Use clear graphics to introduce the offer, then let the physical display support a detailed explanation. Avoid filling the available footprint before considering how people will move around the exhibits.

Create space for project discussions

A quick enquiry at a counter has different needs from a consultation involving plans, samples and several people. Include your expected team size and meeting format in the brief. A suitable table, seating and accessible product information can support a longer conversation.

Plan storage for literature, packaging and everyday supplies. Active demonstrations need circulation space and appropriate technical arrangements. Venue services, safety requirements and approvals must be checked for the actual installation; a generic stand layout cannot confirm that a particular demonstration is permitted.

Coordinate your stand build in Belgium

From Ranst, Total Concept provides exhibition stand design and construction using wood-built and modular approaches. The design, finishes and intended future use guide the choice. Agree production, transport, assembly, dismantling and any storage responsibilities as part of the project scope.

Can showroom components be used on the stand?

We can assess existing products and display modules against the exhibition footprint and installation requirements. Share photographs, dimensions and condition details before assuming an item can be reused without alteration.

What does an initial brief need?

The allocated floor plan and open sides, product list, demonstration needs, staffing, timing and budget direction. Add the exhibitor manual and technical deadlines when available.

Discuss your BATIBOUW 2027 stand. Total Concept is an independent stand builder and is not the event organiser. Date and venue checked on 14 September 2026.
