Exhibition stands for EquipHotel 2026
EquipHotel brings hotel and restaurant professionals to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from 2 to 5 November 2026. Its programme covers hospitality design, foodservice, wellbeing and technology. For exhibitors, a stand has to make a product or service understandable in the setting where it will actually be used.
Plan the visitor experience around your offer
A furniture or interior brand may need a room-like setting where visitors can judge materials, lighting and comfort. A foodservice supplier may need a practical demonstration and a clear route between equipment, tastings and discussions. Technology exhibitors often need a quieter place for a screen-led demonstration or a procurement conversation. The layout should support the particular sales conversation rather than repeat a generic booth template.
Before production, decide which products deserve floor space, what needs power or water, and how many visitors your team can welcome at once. These choices shape circulation, storage, graphics and meeting areas. The official venue information lists pavilions 4, 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3; final technical requirements should always be checked against the exhibitor documents for your allocation.
Design, build and installation
