TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS GENT 2026

Present your logistics solution in Ghent

Transport & Logistics Ghent takes place at Flanders Expo on 22–23 September 2026. The event focuses on transport, logistics and supply chains, with particular attention to food and beverage logistics. Your stand should make a service or process understandable to visitors who have practical questions.

Choose what visitors need to experience

A software demonstration, a physical handling solution and a transport service need different presentations. Start the briefing with the demonstration or conversation you want to support. Total Concept can develop the stand layout around screens, product displays, meeting space and storage.

If you bring machinery or a larger object, provide dimensions, weight and handling requirements early. Access, power and venue services need to be checked against the organiser’s current documentation. These requirements should not be assumed from the available floor area alone.

Stand design and production

From Ranst, Total Concept plans stand design, construction and graphics within the agreed scope. Transport and installation are coordinated as part of the project briefing. Reusable elements can be considered if you also attend other logistics fairs.
