PSI 2026: past edition in Düsseldorf

PSI 2026 took place from 7 to 9 January 2026 at Messe Düsseldorf. Organised by RX Deutschland, it brought together the promotional products, merchandising and incentives industry. This page refers to the completed 2026 edition, not an upcoming event.

Presenting promotional products on a stand

For a supplier of branded gifts, textiles or personalised products, the stand needs to make a varied range easy to explore. Group samples by application, leave room for visitors to handle them and distinguish finished examples from products available for customisation.

A useful brief includes your product dimensions, display quantities, storage needs and planned demonstrations. Total Concept can develop the agreed stand design, production and installation around that brief. Product display furniture, graphics and lighting should support the conversations your sales team wants to have.

Planning a later PSI appearance

The organiser has confirmed PSI 2027 for 12–14 January at Koelnmesse in Cologne. Do not reuse the Düsseldorf delivery instructions or hall assumptions from 2026. Check the current exhibitor documents before arranging transport or finalising a technical plan.
