In just three weeks, Total Concept transformed a raw 240m² space into a vibrant Mini pop-up for The Oval Office, right in the heart of Knokke. Working during the construction holiday presented unique logistical challenges, including restricted parking and limited access, but the team managed to work around these obstacles seamlessly. The highlight of the build was a custom ‘fake floor’ laid within two days, strong enough to support vehicles driving over it, requiring creative problem-solving to bring the cars into the space by removing a window from the façade.
Inside, the pop-up radiated a playful summer atmosphere. We employed a vibrant pattern painting on the walls, and cleverly repurposed inflatable pool rings from transport trucks to add a fun, whimsical touch. Illuminated plinths with soft, indirect lighting were incorporated to emphasize key elements, while the exterior featured a standout custom logo mounted on a panel to boost visibility and draw in visitors.
The pop-up served as both a showroom and information point, with a bar that fit seamlessly into the design. Despite a limited budget, the result was impactful and fully aligned with the summer theme. The client was very satisfied, particularly with how such small interventions had such a big impact on the overall vibe and customer experience.
