Signage, stickers and Forex or Dibond printing

Signage helps visitors recognise a brand, understand a product or find their way. Total Concept produces signage, printed stickers, cut vinyl and print on Forex or Dibond. We discuss the visual design together with the surface and installation requirements.

Printed stickers or cut vinyl

Cut vinyl forms letters, logos and shapes from film. Printed stickers suit designs with photographs, gradients or combined graphics. The choice depends on the artwork, surface and intended appearance. Tell us whether the application is temporary and whether it must be removed later.

Choosing a display panel

Forex is a foamed PVC board; Dibond is an aluminium composite panel. Their properties differ, so they are not automatically interchangeable. Size, fixing method, location and finish inform the specification. Available thicknesses and options are agreed for the quotation.

Prepare files and installation details

Send dimensions, quantities, logos and artwork, preferably with vector information for cutting. Include photographs of the surface and proposed position. File requirements should be agreed before production; a screen preview is not always a reliable colour reference.
