What is EPS shaping and why use it?

EPS shaping means sculpting expanded polystyrene (foam) into custom forms, which we then coat, paint or finish. It’s perfect for large decorative elements, signage, thematic shapes, visual focal points — with flexibility and speed.

How much does an exhibition stand cost in Belgium?

The cost depends on multiple factors: size (sqm), materials, complexity, finish, supporting systems (lighting, AV), shipping & installation. A basic modular stand is more cost-effective; a premium custom concept with decorative elements and technology will cost more.

How long does it take from design to completion?

Lead time depends on the stand design, materials, production requirements and approval schedule. Share your exhibition date and brief as early as possible. We confirm a feasible programme for your project before agreeing the delivery scope.

Can you handle exhibit work outside Belgium?

Yes. We build and install exhibition stands for European trade shows. Transport, access requirements, installation and dismantling are planned for the specific venue and agreed project scope.

Do you manage on-site installation and dismantling?

Absolutely. Our team oversees the set-up, supervision during the show, and dismantling after the event. We maintain high quality, timely execution, and adherence to venue rules.

What types of exhibitions or events do you support?

We serve trade fairs, consumer expos, B2B events, brand activations, pop-up brand experiences, interior expos, and more. Whether your audience is niche or mass, we tailor our approach.

Can I get a 3D preview before production?

Yes. We provide 3D renders or visual mockups during the design phase so you can review layout, lighting, graphics and flow before final approval. This ensures alignment before we go into production.

Are your exhibition stands sustainable?

We work with both timber construction and modular systems. Reuse depends on the condition, dimensions and suitability of the components for the next stand. We discuss materials, graphics and transport as part of the project, rather than describing every stand as automatically sustainable.

Do you do interior build & decor for non-expo uses?

Yes — we design & build offices, showrooms, retail interiors, and lodgings. Our decor & interior work use the same craftsmanship, concept alignment and modular thinking as in stand building.

How do you handle logistics and regulations?

We review the event location, exhibitor manual, delivery arrangements and installation requirements with you. Responsibilities for technical approvals and any specialist services are agreed for the project. Requirements differ by event and country.

What happens after the event?

We dismantle the stand, remove graphics, and — if agreed — store modules for reuse. We also assess performance & feedback to improve future builds.
