What is EPS shaping and why use it?
EPS shaping means sculpting expanded polystyrene (foam) into custom forms, which we then coat, paint or finish. It’s perfect for large decorative elements, signage, thematic shapes, visual focal points — with flexibility and speed.
How much does an exhibition stand cost in Belgium?
The cost depends on multiple factors: size (sqm), materials, complexity, finish, supporting systems (lighting, AV), shipping & installation. A basic modular stand is more cost-effective; a premium custom concept with decorative elements and technology will cost more.
How long does it take from design to completion?
Typical lead times are 6 to 8 weeks depending on complexity, approvals and materials. For larger or highly custom builds, budgeting 10–12 weeks is safer.
Can you handle exhibit work outside Belgium?
Yes. We manage everything — design, cross-border logistics, permits, on-site crew — so your stand arrives and is set up smoothly regardless of location.
Do you manage on-site installation and dismantling?
Absolutely. Our team oversees the set-up, supervision during the show, and dismantling after the event. We maintain high quality, timely execution, and adherence to venue rules.

Can I get a 3D preview before production?
Yes. We provide 3D renders or visual mockups during the design phase so you can review layout, lighting, graphics and flow before final approval. This ensures alignment before we go into production.
Are your exhibition stands sustainable?
We offer modular, re-usable systems (e.g. Aluvision), eco-friendly materials, and optimized logistics. Sustainability is part of our design thinking.
Do you do interior build & decor for non-expo uses?
Yes — we design & build offices, showrooms, retail interiors, and lodgings. Our decor & interior work use the same craftsmanship, concept alignment and modular thinking as in stand building.

How do you handle logistics and regulations?
We coordinate transport, customs (if cross-border), permits, venue rules, structural safety, local labor, insurance, and any special constraints of the event location.
What happens after the event?
We dismantle the stand, remove graphics, and — if agreed — store modules for reuse. We also assess performance & feedback to improve future builds.
