WINEMAD 2027

WINEMAD takes place on 15–17 March 2027 in hall 3 at IFEMA Madrid, Spain. Organised by Benson Señora Eventos S.L., the professional wine fair brings wineries together with buyers, importers, distributors and hospitality professionals.

Opening hours and venue

15 and 16 March: 10:00–19:00. 17 March: 10:00–18:00. IFEMA Madrid is at Avenida del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid. Confirm registration and admission conditions through the official event website.

A wine stand built around tasting and meetings

Choose a manageable tasting selection and make it easy to identify each wine, vintage and product line. Plan a clean serving surface and enough space for glasses, water, spittoons and sample stock. Discuss cleaning, refrigeration and waste arrangements with the organiser before ordering technical services.

Give buyers a separate place to discuss distribution, quantities and follow-up. Keep presentation bottles visible while storing cartons and replenishment stock away from the meeting area.

Exhibitor preparation

Confirm stand dimensions, permitted installation methods, delivery slots and build-up times in the exhibitor documentation. Match your transport plan to bottle quantities and handling needs.

Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands and is not the organiser of WINEMAD. Share your tasting selection and meeting requirements to discuss a tailored exhibition stand.
