SIGEP WORLD 2027 takes place from 23 to 27 January 2027 at Rimini Expo Centre, Italy. The exhibition brings together the gelato, pastry, chocolate, coffee, bakery and pizza sectors. Design around your equipment and tasting format
A coffee machine, refrigerated display or bakery demonstration needs more than a prominent position. Electrical connections, water, refrigeration, food handling and venue approvals need project-specific coordination. Confirm applicable services, deadlines and rules with the organiser before finalising the design; these are not automatically included in every stand proposal.
