Practical information

The fair opens from 09:00 to 17:00 on both days. Address: Nekkerhal Mechelen, Plattebeekstraat 1, 2800 Mechelen. Professional visitors must register in advance. See the official practical information for admission details and updates. Information checked on 28 October 2026.

Explain your solution to public-sector visitors

Help visitors identify the application of your product quickly: show a realistic use case for a municipality, school or public building, supported by accurate specifications. Keep evidence for performance, maintenance and accessibility claims available. Avoid suggesting that a trade fair conversation replaces a formal procurement procedure.

Combine a visible demonstration area with space to discuss requirements. For software, prepare a short demonstration using non-confidential example data. For furniture or infrastructure products, use samples or models sized to fit your allocated stand and confirm handling requirements with the organiser.

Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the organiser of Publifair. Share your audience, products and stand dimensions with us to discuss a suitable presentation. Request a stand proposal.
