PMG Promogift 2027

PMG Promogift runs from 12 to 14 January 2027 in Hall 14.0 at IFEMA MADRID, Spain. Organised by IFEMA MADRID, the professional fair focuses on promotional products and personalisation machinery.

Make your range easy to compare

Buyers need to assess an item’s finish, branding options and suitability for a campaign. Group samples by application or product family and show the same item before and after personalisation. Keep technical details, minimum quantities and delivery information ready for your own range rather than crowding every display with small print.

If you demonstrate personalisation equipment, separate the operator area from sample browsing. Plan power, material storage and a safe collection point for completed samples. Reserve a quieter table for distributor meetings and quotations.

Practical information

The venue is at Avenida del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid. Opening hours are 09:30–18:00 on 12 and 13 January and 09:30–17:00 on 14 January. Access is professional. Consult the official timetable and organiser requirements before planning logistics.

Plan your promotional-product stand

Total Concept is a stand builder, not the organiser. Our exhibition stand team can help arrange sample displays, demonstration space and meeting areas around your products.
