INTERLOOK 2027

INTERLOOK takes place on 16–17 January 2027 in Hall 8 of Messe Dortmund, Germany. Organised by Messe Dortmund GmbH, this trade fair brings together optical retailers and suppliers of eyewear, lenses, accessories and diagnostic equipment.

Present collections clearly

For an eyewear collection, plan well-lit displays, mirrors and a comfortable fitting area. Group frames so buyers can compare styles and materials, and keep a separate table for discussing orders. Store spare samples within reach without cluttering the presentation.

If you demonstrate diagnostic equipment, confirm electricity, space and operating conditions with the organiser before finalising the stand. Prepare concise product information and an appointment plan for retail buyers.

Opening hours and access

Saturday 16 January: 10:00–18:00. Sunday 17 January: 10:00–17:00. Use the West entrance for Hall 8; the organiser gives Im Rabenloh 6, 44139 Dortmund as the arrival address. Check tickets and access arrangements in the official visitor information.

Prepare your exhibition stand

Total Concept is a stand builder, not the event organiser. Discuss your collection, display needs and meeting space with our exhibition stand team to prepare a suitable stand proposal.
