INTERIEUR COLLECTIE DAGEN (INCODA) 2027

Stand planning for interior collections at InCoDa

Interior products need space to be experienced: visitors want to compare finishes, inspect materials and discuss how a collection fits a residential or commercial project. Total Concept can translate that brief into a practical exhibition stand.

InCoDa 2027: information awaiting confirmation

The official InCoDa website currently confirms the 2026 event. We have not verified an official announcement confirming the 2027 edition, its dates or venue. This page supports early stand planning; do not use it to book travel, venue services or installation slots. Check the official InCoDa website before making commitments.

InCoDa serves interior professionals, including residential furnishers, interior designers and project furnishers. That audience needs a different presentation from a general business-services exhibition: make the collection and its practical applications the starting point.

Give materials a clear role in the layout

Consider how visitors will inspect samples, compare colour combinations and discuss specifications. We can plan display walls, sample counters, storage and meeting space around your collection. Lighting requirements and the weight and fixing method of display products should be established in the technical brief.

• Product presentation: decide which materials visitors may handle and which need protected display.
• Conversation space: allow room for collection books, samples and project discussions.
• Reuse: assess which components can be adapted for another exhibition or showroom presentation.

From briefing to installation

Total Concept works from Ranst in Belgium. We coordinate design, production, transport, assembly and dismantling according to the agreed project scope. Once participation details are confirmed, the booked floor plan and current exhibitor manual guide the technical preparation. Read about our exhibition stand design and construction.
