GR8 International Car Show 2027

GR8 International Car Show takes place on 17 and 18 April 2027 at Kortrijk Xpo, Doorniksesteenweg 216, 8500 Kortrijk. The organizer identifies VZW VAG United Events as its legal entity. Hours are 10:00–18:00 on Saturday and 10:00–17:00 on Sunday. Details checked on 28 October 2026 against the official visitor and contact pages.

Give visitors room to explore the display

Plan vehicle sightlines and allow space for open doors or display features. Leave room for visitors inspecting details or taking photographs. Position product displays so sales conversations do not obstruct circulation.

Confirm floor loads, delivery arrangements, demonstrations and electrical services with the organizer. Reduce distracting reflections on paint and glass through careful lighting. Check brand visibility from several angles and include secure stock storage.

Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the organizer. Discuss your stand with vehicle dimensions, a product list and your allocated space.
