EXPOSAGER 2027

EXPOSAGER takes place on 11–13 March 2027 at IFEMA MADRID, Spain. The agriculture, livestock and rural-sector exhibition is organised by IFEMA MADRID and supported by ALAS. It welcomes professionals and the public.

Dates, hours and venue

The published opening hours are 10:00–19:00 each day. The event is scheduled in hall 4 at IFEMA MADRID, Avenida del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid. Check admission and registration details with the organiser.

Explaining an agricultural product or service

A mixed professional and public audience needs more than a row of products. Give visitors a clear starting point: what problem does your product solve, and how can they see it working? Separate detailed technical discussions from short explanations aimed at general visitors.

For equipment demonstrations, confirm floor loads, clearances and safety requirements before planning the display. If your presentation involves animals, food, soil or water, obtain the relevant event instructions and approvals first.

Planning your exhibition stand

Use a simple route between product information, demonstrations and meetings. Keep replenishment and storage accessible without crossing the visitor flow. Confirm delivery access, stand boundaries and build-up times in the official exhibitor documentation.

Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands and is not the organiser of EXPOSAGER. Discuss a tailored exhibition stand for your products and audience.
