CFIA Rennes 2027

CFIA Rennes 2027 takes place on 9–11 March at Parc Expo Rennes, La Haie Gautrais, Bruz, France. The trade fair connects food manufacturers with suppliers of ingredients, processing equipment, packaging and food-safety solutions.

Dates and practical preparation

The venue confirms opening hours of 08:30–18:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday and 08:30–17:00 on Thursday. Consult organiser GL events Exhibitions Industrie for exhibitor access, deliveries and build-up slots; visitor opening hours are not delivery windows.

Present food-industry solutions clearly

Plan your stand around the product or process visitors need to understand. For machinery demonstrations, confirm equipment weight, floor loading, electrical supply and any water or compressed-air requirements before approving the layout. Keep moving parts and demonstrations separated from the aisle and allow space for a technical discussion.

Ingredient and packaging displays need a different approach: organise samples by application and provide a clean presentation surface with practical storage. If you plan tastings, check the organiser’s hygiene and service requirements. Show a small number of useful applications rather than overcrowding the stand with equipment or messages.
