Camperbeurs Den Bosch 2027

Camperbeurs Den Bosch takes place from 19 to 21 February 2027 at Brabanthallen ’s-Hertogenbosch, Diezekade 2, 5222 AK ’s-Hertogenbosch. Organized by Easyfairs, the show opens daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and covers motorhomes, accessories and travel destinations.

Plan the vehicle display

Include vehicle dimensions, open doors, steps and display furniture in a single floor plan. Visitors should be able to inspect a motorhome without blocking circulation. Reserve space for consultations and place specifications consistently beside each model.

Group accessories by application to support comparisons. For destination exhibitors, clear maps and specific travel information can help start conversations. Match lighting and screens to the products or services you plan to demonstrate.

Logistics and technical preparation

Request current vehicle delivery, build-up, electricity and dismantling instructions from the organizer. Agree any demonstrations in advance. Check what your participation package includes and which stand construction is permitted. Keep stock and personal belongings away from visitor routes.

Dates and hours were checked on 28 October 2026 against the official FAQ. Some older exhibitor pages refer to other editions; use the Den Bosch 2027 instructions for your planning.

Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the organizer. Discuss your stand with the allocated space, vehicle dimensions and presentation requirements.
