Antwerp Collection Cars 2027

Present your cars and automobilia in Antwerp

Antwerp Collection Cars takes place on 25–26 September 2027 at Antwerp Expo, Belgium. The event covers classic cars, youngtimers, parts and automobilia. Expo Studio BV is identified as the organiser on the official Collection Cars website.

Design the display around your collection

A car display and a parts display need different layouts. Vehicles need viewing space and clear access; smaller items need organised displays with readable information. If your stand combines both, separate browsing space from the area used for detailed conversations.

Before designing the stand, establish which vehicles and products will be present, how they enter the hall and what may be fixed to the floor or stand structure. Confirm loading arrangements, power requirements and venue restrictions with the organiser.

Stand design and production with Total Concept

Total Concept brings together design, in-house production, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling. We can discuss display furniture, brand presentation, lighting and storage as part of your stand briefing.

• Send the allocated floor plan and open sides.
• List the dimensions of vehicles, showcases and demonstration equipment.
• Identify the information visitors need before speaking with your team.
• Discuss which stand elements should be reusable at future exhibitions.

See our exhibition stand design and construction and send us your stand requirements.

The official Collection Cars website provides visitor hours, tickets and participation information. Total Concept is a stand builder, not the organiser.
